Developing Your Team is hosted by an experienced and proven leader who helps organizational leaders with tips on how to develop their people and provide focus to their organization so they can lead effectively. The author has over 20 years of leadership experience in the military. He served in numerous combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. The host is a student of leadership and continues to serve as a leader in the Army serves in leadership roles and as an advisor in multiple volunteer organizations.
